Brady Buys Campbell Paper

Brady has acquired Campbell Paper Co.
Brady’s acquisition of the Texas-based janitorial and office supply company further expands the company’s geographical footprint and distribution network in the region. The transaction includes Campbell Paper’s 39,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Jeffrey Bourland, owner of Campbell Paper, will stay on and serve as general manager of the facility. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
