Brady has acquired Fitch Co.

Brady’s purchase of the Baltimore, Maryland-based distributor of janitorial and foodservice supplies expands the company’s client portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. Per the terms of the acquisition, Fitch Co.’s owners, Lynne and Raymond Kirsner, will stay on with the company to ensure a smooth transition. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
