Brady Expands Presence in Texas

Brady and Individual FoodService (BradyIFS) have purchased Janitor’s Warehouse Inc.

The acquisitions of Houston-based Janitor’s Warehouse expands BradyIFS’ distribution footprint and sales representation in Texas and the Midwest and includes the company’s distribution center in Austin, Texas. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.

Their commitment to growth, customer service, and community aligns well with BradyIFS, and will provide additional opportunities to accelerate our growth in the Texas market,” said Kenneth Sweder, IFS CEO.
