Brady Purchases Seaway Supply

Brady and Individual FoodService (BradyIFS) have purchased Seaway Supply Co.

The acquisitions of Maywood, Illinois-based Seaway Supply expand BradyIFS’ distribution footprint and sales representation across the Chicago metro area and the Midwest and provides customers with an expanded portfolio of products and services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
