CFS Brands Acquires Brush Manufacturer
August 20, 2019CFS Brands, parent company of San Jamar, has acquired Cepillos El Castor.
CFS Brands’ purchase of the Guadalajara, Mexico-based manufacturer expands the company’s offerings of cleaning brushes and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)-compliant color-coded products. Per the terms of the acquisition, Cepillos El Castor will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands.
