Cintas Adds to Board of Directors

Cintas Corp. has appointed Beverly K. Carmichael to its board of directors.
Carmichael has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and employment law. Most recently, she served as the executive vice president and chief people culture and resource officer for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers from 2017-2019, where she led the human resources and legal teams. She has also served in leadership roles with such companies as Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc., Ticketmaster, and Southwest Airlines. Carmichael’s appointment expands the size of Cintas’ board to 11 directors.
