Cintas Celebrates 2020 Custodian of the Year

Cintas Corp. recently presented a US$10,000 to Howell Beasley of Albertville Pre-K and Kindergarten in Albertville, Alabama.
Beasley was named the 2020 Cintas Custodian of the Year® earlier this year but the original celebration, scheduled for April, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Beasley was honored at the Albertville High School homecoming celebration, where he served as grand marshal of the annual homecoming parade in recognition of his years of dedication. He has served as custodian in the Albertville for nearly four decades.
“Although the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to cancel our original celebration for Howell, we still wanted to find a way to give him the recognition he deserves,” said Christiny Betsch, marketing manager for Cintas. “We were thrilled to honor Howell in front of the Albertville community that rallied and voted to help him win.”
In addition to the $10,00 prize, Beasley received an additional $5,000 in Rubbermaid Commercial Products and Cintas products for his school. Albertville Kindergarten will also receive a comprehensive training and development package from ISSA valued at $20,000.
