Clorox Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

The Clorox Co., parent company of CloroxPro™, has announced a quarterly dividend of US$1.16 per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend―$4.64 annualized with a yield 2.70%―is payable November 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business October 27. Clorox has paid an annual dividend to its shareholders for 52 consecutive years
