Coverall Recognizes Top Franchise Owner

Coverall North America Inc. has named Gerald Shelton the recipient of its 2020 Franchised Business Owner of the Year Award.

Shelton was recognized for providing excellent customer service and achieving year-over-year sales growth at his Columbus, Ohio franchise. A lifelong entrepreneur, Shelton launched his Coverall franchise in 2016.

“Where others see obstacles, Gerald sees opportunities,” said Shirley Klein, Coverall chief operations officer. “He is one of the hardest working franchise business owners in our network, and we are all proud of his accomplishments. His positive attitude, unmatched work ethic and determination to take on new challenges has served him well as he continues to grow his commercial cleaning business.”
