Diversey Finalizes Acquisition of Zenith Hygiene

Bain Capital, LP, through its investment in Diversey, has finalized its purchase of Zenith Hygiene Group Plc.
The acquisition, announced in October 2017, creates the largest manufacturer and supplier of cleaning and hygiene products in the United Kingdom, with approximately 1,000 employees in the region. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.
