Diversey to Award Scholarships for 2024 APIC Conference

Diversey has announced the company will award 18 US$1,000 scholarships to infection prevention professionals to help them attend the 2024 Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) Conference.
This year’s edition of APIC takes place June 3–5 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
“The APIC conference represents an outstanding education and networking event for infection prevention professionals, and many potential attendees may have to forgo attending due to budget constraints within their organizations,” said Carolyn Cooke, Diversey vice president of North America healthcare. “We’re excited to provide these scholarships so that more dedicated professionals can expand their knowledge, collaborate, and build relationships in order to create safer and more satisfying environments of care.”
The scholarship selection process calls for infection prevention professionals to detail their efforts on how they work to prevent infection or improve patient safety through cleaning and disinfection. The scholarship application deadline is March 1, and winners will be notified by March 22.
