Dow Announces Quarterly Dividend

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.
The dividend is payable December 11 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of November 30. This marks the 437th consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
