Dow Details Quarterly Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.
The dividend is payable September 13 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business August 30. This marks the 432nd consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
