Dow Executives Among Top LGBT+ Role Models

Four Dow Chemical Co. executives have been named to three 2021 OUTstanding LGBT+ role models lists.

OUTstanding’s annual lists, developed with assistance from Yahoo! Finance, are based on a review process of nominees selected among professionals actively contributing to positive LGBT+ workplace environment. Louis A. Vega, Dow president of North America and vice president of government affairs and advocacy, and Javier Constante, Dow president of Latin America and Brazil, were named to OUTstanding’s list of 2021 Top 100 LGBT+ Executives. Amy Wilson, Dow general counsel and corporate secretary, was included in the Top 50 Ally Executives while Jarrod Trusler, Dow product manager for polyurethanes, was selected as a Top 100 LGBT+ Future Leader.
