Ecolab 3rd-Quarter Sales Jump 10%

Ecolab Inc. has reported third-quarter net sales of US$3.32 billion, an increase of 10% from $3.01 billion one year earlier.
Ecolab’s second-quarter profit climbed from $246.2 million, or $0.85 per share, one year ago to $324.5 million, or $1.12 per share. Sales in the company’s global institutional division increased 18% to $1.07 billion while its global industrial division increased sales 7% to $1.62 billion.
