Ecolab Director Honored by ACI

William H. “Bill” Phillips has been named the recipient of the 2019 American Cleaning Institute (ACI) Elva Walker Spillane Distinguished Service Award.
Phillips currently serves as the director of regulatory affairs for Ecolab, Inc. He also has served as chairman of ACI’s international and research, technology, and regulation committees and helped develop numerous regulatory initiatives throughout the cleaning product supply chain.
