Ecolab Increases Quarterly Dividend 8%

Ecolab Inc. has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 8% to US$0.57 per share.

The dividend is payable January 16, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of December 19, 2023. The increase results in a new indicated annual cash dividend of $2.28 per share in 2024 and represents the company’s 32nd consecutive annual dividend rate increase. Ecolab has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 87 consecutive years.
