Ecolab Joins Diversity Alliance

September 28, 2020 Ecolab Joins Diversity Alliance

Ecolab Inc. recently became a member of the Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance (GDKA).

The GDKA is a collection of corporations, academics, advocates, and trade organizations that use a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure gender and diversity within their organizations. Some of the alliance’s primary KPIs include percentage of representation on a firm’s board of directors, employee representation at management levels, and salary equality.

“Advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion  values has long been a goal at Ecolab and though we are already serious about tracking our progress, joining the GDKA adds another layer of accountability,” said Laurie Marsh, Ecolab executive vice president of human resources. “Now everyone can see, based on clearly measurable goals, how we are working to build a more inclusive culture and an environment where everyone can maximize their potential.”
