Envoy Acquires Detroit Chemical & Paper Supply

Envoy Solutions has purchased Detroit Chemical & Paper Supply Co.
Envoy’s acquisition of the Warren, Michigan-based cleaning supply and janitorial equipment distributor expands the company’s existing footprint in Michigan and enhances its offerings in the facility care market in the Midwest. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
