Envoy Purchases New Jersey Distributor

Envoy Solutions has acquired Mooney-General Paper Co. (MGP).
Envoy’s acquisition of the Hillside, New Jersey-based industrial packaging and facility maintenance product distributor enhances the company’s product offerings and expands its client base in the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania markets. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
