Grainger Boosts Quarterly Dividend 6%

W.W. Grainger Inc. has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 6% to US$1.62 per share.
The dividend―$6.12 annualized with a yield of 1.44%―is payable June 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 10. Grainger has paid an increased dividend to shareholders without interruption for 50 consecutive years.
