Grainger Increases Quarterly Dividend 6%

W.W. Grainger Inc. has increased the quarterly dividend on its common stock 6% to US$1.53 per share.
The dividend―$5.76 annualized with a yield of 1.8―is payable September 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business August 10. Grainger has paid an increased dividend to shareholders without interruption for 49 consecutive years.
