IICRC Adds Three to Executive Team

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has expanded its executive team with the addition of three new members.
Jennifer H. Bethke has been named certification exam developer. A 15-year veteran of the industry, Bethke will work with subject matter experts to develop training and testing materials based on IICRC standards.
Michael Eubanks has been named certification process manager. In his new role, Eubanks will lead the institute’s certification processing department.
Sharon Jones Jackson has been appointed marketing manager. Jackson has more than 20 years of marketing experience and will oversee the institute’s communications initiatives.
