Imperial Dade Acquires Brawner Paper

Imperial Dade has acquired Brawner Paper Co. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Founded in 1946 by Thom Brawner, Houston-based Brawner Paper is now owned and operated by Nell Harris. The company distributes paper and janitorial supplies throughout the greater Houston area. This marks the 81st acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
