Imperial Dade Acquires Illinois Distributor

Imperial Dade has purchased Decatur, Illinois-based R.D. McMillen Inc. (RDM) for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Owned and operated by Shannon McMillen-Binder, RDM distributes facility management supplies, janitorial equipment, and personal care products throughout Illinois. The purchase further expands Imperial Dade’s presence in the Midwest and marks the 85th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
