Imperial Dade Acquires Lovan Industries

Imperial Dade has acquired Lovan Industries for an undisclosed sum.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Dallas-based distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies is the company’s first acquisition in the region. Lovan is the 66th purchase by the company under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
