Imperial Dade has purchased P&R Paper Supply Co.
The acquisition of the distributor of janitorial and packaging products expands Imperial Dade’s California presence and represents the 28th acquisition for the company under the current leadership, including the purchase of American Paper & Plastics announced earlier this year. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
