Imperial Dade Continues Expansion Through Acquisitions

Imperial Dade has acquired Atlantis Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
Owned and operated by Eric Rodriguez, Chino, California-based Atlantis distributes industrial products throughout Southern California. Atlantis is the 67th acquisition by the company under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
