Imperial Dade Expands in New England

Imperial Dade has purchased Allston Supply Co. Inc. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Owned and operated by Roger Cohen and his family, Allston Supply is a Springfield, Massachusetts-based provider of janitorial solutions, service, and expertise. The purchase expands Imperial Dade’s customer base in New England and marks the 79th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
