Imperial Dade Expands Into Hawaii

Imperial Dade has purchased Triple F Distributing from Invision Diversified Holdings LLC for an undisclosed sum.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Pearl City, Hawaii-based distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies is the company’s first acquisition in the state and the 65th acquisition under its current leadership team. Per the terms of the acquisition, Triple F’s management team, including president Paul Ah Cook, will remain in place.
