Imperial Dade has acquired Industrial Soap Co.
The purchase of the St. Louis, Missouri distributor expands Imperial Dade’s client portfolio and product offerings and represents the 32nd acquisition for the company under the current leadership. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
