Imperial Dade Purchases Insight Distributing

Imperial Dade has acquired Insight Distributing Inc. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Owned and operated by Ken and Luke Pearlstein, Insight Distributing is a Spokane, Washington-based distributor of packaging, food service, and janitorial supplies. The purchase expands Imperial Dade’s customer base in Washington and Idaho and marks the 77th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
