ISS Adds Global Head of Sustainability

October 28, 2021 ISS Adds Global Head of Sustainability

ISS has appointed Tracy Nilsson global head of sustainability, effective January 1, 2022.

Nilsson joins ISS from Adidas, where she has served as the company’s senior director of global environment. Prior to her tenure with Adidas, Nilsson held sustainability leadership positions with Lululemon, ThinkStep, and IKEA. She is also a steering committee member at the United Nation Fashion Industry Charter for Climate.

“Tracy has a solid track record of improving the sustainability agenda substantially in the organizations she has worked for. I am confident she will also play a vital and positive role at ISS, as we strengthen our sustainability profile and offerings further in the years to come. We are fully committed to carrying out our operations and delivering our services in a sustainable way. It’s our societal responsibility, our license to operate and ultimately the key driver for success and future growth,” said Troels Bjerg, ISS chief operating officer.
