ISS Executive Recognized for Diversity Leadership

Kat Parsons was named the recipient of the EY Head of Diversity of the Year Award at the 2023 DIVA Awards, which took place last month in London, England.
Presented by DIVA magazine, the annual awards program recognizes the achievements of LGBTQIA women and their allies across business, media, and politics. Parsons, head of diversity, inclusion, and belonging for ISS UK & Ireland, was honored for her efforts in creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
