ISSA Hygieia Network Launches Updated Mentoring Platform

ISSA Hygieia Network, an ISSA Charities™ signature program dedicated to the advancement and retention of women in the cleaning industry, today launched a new online platform for the ISSA Hygieia Network Mentoring Program. The new platform, hosted on Qooper, will connect industry professionals for one-to-one mentoring relationships.  

“Fostering mentoring relationships was one of the founding principles of ISSA Hygieia Network,” said Dr. Felicia Townsend, Program Director, ISSA Hygieia Network. “We look forward to reaching more industry professionals and building strong connections through this new partnership.”

Professional mentoring programs support individuals looking to grow their networks, learn valuable skills, and gain advice from experienced leaders. Employees in a formal mentoring program are promoted five times more often than those not in a program. Additionally, one in four employees who were mentored earned a salary change as a result. ISSA Hygieia Network connects mentors and mentees to help women in the cleaning industry grow their careers.

Qooper provides structured, scalable, and measurable mentoring programs customized for organizations in various industries. On the platform, ISSA Hygieia Network mentors and mentees will access a user-friendly dashboard to schedule meetings and track accomplishments.
