JLL Secures Extension With Emerus

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been awarded an contract extension with Emerus Holdings Inc.

The deal calls for JLL to provide a range of integrated facilities management services to 35 of Emerus’ small-format hospitals and emergency departments across the United States. According to a press release, JLL will be responsible for the complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance at the properties and will also oversee all the janitorial, landscaping, and security work. Additionally, JLL will provide on-site support and construction management with additional executive oversight and leadership engagement.

“Effective and successful facilities management not only centers on the health and safety of patients but also caregivers and teams,” said Dan White, JLL account director. “We are excited to continue our relationship with these hospitals and emergency departments, especially at a time when more and more patients are centering convenience and proximity in their care decisions.”
