KBS Purchases BRAVO!

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired BRAVO! Group Services Inc. 

The acquisition of BRAVO! expands KBS’s product offerings and client base. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The purchase follows KBS’s recent acquisitions of American Maintenance and Olympus Building Services in August. Over the prior four years, KBS has acquired a total of 14 companies.
