Kimberly-Clark Adds Smucker CEO to Board

Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional, has appointed Mark T. Smucker to its board of directors.

Smucker currently serves as CEO and president of The J.M. Smucker Co., an international food and beverage manufacturer.

“Mark will be a great addition to our board,” said Thomas J. Falk, executive chairman of Kimberly-Clark. “His marketing and innovation experiences leading The J.M. Smucker Company’s portfolio of brands will be valuable in our board discussions.”
