Marcal Merges With Nittany Paper
January 22, 2020Marcal, a Soundview Paper Co. has entered into an agreement to merge with Nittany Paper Mills Inc.
The merger allows for Marcal to restart its business operations in New Jersey, The Sentinel reports. Ninety percent of the company’s Elmwood Park, New Jersey, production facility was destroyed by a 10-alarm fire last year.
