Medline Acquires Ecolab’s Surgical Solutions Division

Medline Industries Inc. has acquired the global surgical solutions business of Ecolab Inc.

Once finalized, the transaction will include Ecolab’s Microtek product lines and expands Medline’s offerings of sterile drape solutions and fluid temperature management systems. Financial conditions of the acquisition were not disclosed.
