Newell Brands Completes Sale of Tool Division
March 10, 2017Newell Brands, Inc., parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products, has finalized the sale of its tool division to Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
The US$1.95 billion deal was announced in October 2016 and includes Newell’s Irwin, Lenox, and Hilmor brands.
