OCS Appoints AI Director

OCS Group Ltd. has appointed David De Santiago director of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital services.

Santiago has more than 17 years of experience in the technology industry. He joins OCS from British American Tobacco (BAT), where he served as global head of digital innovation and transformation. In his new role with OCS, Santiago will oversee the strategy and execution of digital solutions utilizing AI, data analytics, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, Facilities Management Journal reports.
