OCS Divests Environmental Division

OCS Group Ltd. has finalized the sale of its environmental services division (OCS ES) to Lexia Solutions Group.
Per the terms of the deal, OCS ES will operate as a separate company and will be rebranded as Rhodar Industrial Services. Financial details of the transaction were not announced, Facilities Management Journal reports.
