OCS Names New Chief Financial Officer

OCS Group Ltd. has appointed Gary McGaghey chief financial officer (CFO).

McGaghey has more than 30 years of experience leading finance teams across a variety of industries. He joins OCS from Williams Lea Tag, where he served as group CFO. In his new position, McGaghey will work with Rob Legge, OCS CEO, and the company’s investors, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC, to develop an organic and acquisitive growth agenda.
