P&G Updates Executive Leadership Team

Proctor & Gamble (P&G), parent company of Proctor & Gamble Professional (P&G PRO), recently announced the appointments of several executives to the company’s leadership team.

Shailesh Jejurikar has been appointed chief operating officer effective October 1. Jejurikar, the current CEO of P&G’s fabric and home care divisions, succeeds Jon R. Moeller, who was named company president and CEO earlier this year. Sundar Raman, current president of P&G’s home care division has been tapped as Jejurikar’s successor.

Fatima Francisco has been named CEO of P&G’s family care division, the company’s second-largest unit, which includes the Charmin toilet paper and Bounty paper towel product lines. Francisco has been with P&G for more than 30 years and most recently served as CEO of the company’s baby and feminine care segment. She succeeds Mary Lynn Ferguson-McHugh, who is retiring in October.

P&G has chosen Carolyn Tastad to succeed Steven Bishop as CEO of the company’s health care division. Bishop has announced his retirement, effective February of next year. Tastad has been with P&G for more than two decades and currently serves as head of the company’s North American operations. Monica Turner, the former president of sales for P&G North America, has been elevated to head of North American operations, succeeding Tastad.
