Reckitt Chair Announces Retirement

Chris Sinclair, chairman of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, parent company of Reckitt Professional, has announced his intention to retire as chair and step down from the company’s board following its 2024 annual general meeting.

Sinclair has served a nine-year term as a member of Reckitt’s board, with the last six years as its chairman. He will be succeeded by Sir Jeremy Darroch at the conclusion of Reckitt’s annual general meeting, which is scheduled for May 2024. Darroch is currently the chair of the United Kingdom’s National Oceanography Centre. He joined Reckitt’s board as senior independent nonexecutive director in November 2022.
