Reckitt Drafted by MLB Team to Keep Fans SafeAugust 11, 2021
Reckitt, parent company of Reckitt Professional, has been named an official partner of MLB’s Chicago White Sox.
Reckitt microbiologists will work with White Sox officials to determine high-touch spots throughout Guaranteed Rate Field, the team’s home ballpark, and develop best practices that will help prevent the spread of germs. Reckitt will outfit the stadium with a supply of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved disinfection products, including those proven to be effective against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Reckitt will also equip Guaranteed Rate Field with signage reinforcing disinfection protocols and dispensers containing Lysol Disinfecting Wipes for the team’s guests.
