RJ Schinner Acquires Assets of Huff Paper
December 7, 2020R.J. Schinner Co. Inc. has purchased certain assets of Huff Paper Co.
The acquisition includes the Boothwyn, Pennsylvania-based distributor’s customer list along with other related intangible assets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“As Huff Paper winds down their business throughout December 2020, RJ Schinner looks forward to establishing new relationships and further strengthening existing relationships with key business partners in the northeast,” said Ken Schinner, RJ Schinner president.
