S.P. Richards Recognizes Top Suppliers

S.P. Richards Co. (SPR) honored the company’s top suppliers during its annual Supplier Summit and City of Hope Golf Tournament, which took place last month at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas.

HP was named SPR’s Supplier of the Year for 2023 in honor of its procurement solutions and outstanding support. Newell Brands, parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP), received the Marketing Digital Excellence Award for using its digital resources to provide SPR marketing support. The Heritage Bag Co. was presented with the Supply Chain Excellence Award for its strong track record across all supply chain metrics. Chris Francis of Kimberly-Clark Professional took home the Outstanding Sales Professional Award.

“It was a pleasure to host a live, in-person event with industry leaders across all categories once again,” said Curt Small, SPR vice president of merchandising. “What makes it special is that we get the opportunity to honor our suppliers for their accomplishments during the past year and recognize their commitment to the City of Hope.”
