ServiceMaster Increases 3rd-Quarter Revenue 7%

ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., parent company of ServiceMaster Clean, has reported a fiscal third-quarter revenue of US$528 million, a 7% year-over-year increase.

ServiceMaster posted a quarterly adjusted net income of $42 million, or $0.31 per share, up from last year’s third quarter adjusted net income of $32 million, or $0.24 per share. The company’s ServiceMaster Brands division increased quarterly revenue 5% while its Terminix division saw a 6% rise in revenue for the quarter.
